1. How do I switch to another audio track?

While watching the video, click on the three dots icon placed at top right corner then choose Audio track option. If that video supports multiple audio then there will be options to select an audio track for that video.

2. What if the video is playing without audio. Audio issue?

Try to change the decoder of the video to Software codec, click on the three dots icon placed at top right corner then click on Decoder and select Software codec. If still the issue is not resolved then you can share the video file along with issue details at upsidedowntechnology@gmail.com we will try to give you the support in the new version.

3. Why can’t I play a 4k video?

4K video playback depends on your device performance. If your device supports 4k video recording then it will play better without any extra codec support. But still we are working hard to give 4k video support for all devices.

4. Why I can’t play video.

Goto settings page, under the Media category select Folders option then deselect folders to hide.

6. How to change swipe gestures settings?

Goto settings page, under the Player category you can change Swipe gesture on/off setting.

7. How to save equalizer setting for all videos

Goto settings page, under the Player category you can toggle the Equalizer settings to remember.

8. How to change auto play video?

Goto settings page, under the Player category you can change Autoplay next video option.

9. Can I change the default tabs(Folders, All videos, Favourite, Playlist) order on the home page?

Yes, you can change it, goto settings screen, under the User-interface category, select Tab order and then swipe up or down tabs according to your requirement.
